Plan Your Visit

We know visiting a new church can feel awkward, that's why we want to give you all the information you need to find us, plan your visit, and feel comfortable checking out ALC.

FAQs

Where do I park when I arrive?

You can park anywhere in front of the Elizabeth St. Community & Arts Centre or even down the side of the Legion of Frontiersmen. The other locations along the street kindly ask that we refrain from parking in front of their buildings so that there is room for all.

How do I get into the building?

You'll see an A-frame sign with our church's name on it. Walk toward that sign, and you will see a door that is open and someone to greet you as you walk in.

What should I wear?

At ALC, you will see people dressed in different ways. Some really enjoy dressing up and may wear a suit and tie. Some will be dressed casually in jeans. Others are on their way to or from work and attend service in their work attire. In short, wear what is comfortable for you.

What can I expect from the service?

You can expect a lively service with music, singing, and the word of God. You may see people lifting their hands, clapping, and praising.

Don't worry, though, you don't have to participate, but you may want to join us as we worship God. While our services aren't timed, we typically conclude after about an hour and a half.
